Aiming to promote employment in the culinary sector and deepen the cultural understanding of the participants, this course endeavors to instill experience and all the essential skills in the field. Any participants will surely earn the knowledge regarding various concepts including scientific ideas, process evaluation up to tasting. Generally, the course aims of providing skills and knowledge to the participants about traditional salami. It’s also after training “butcher chefs” who will facilitate the productions of facilities for meat processing. Course Duration and Schedule
Participants has to complete the 7-days lesson starting July 24 – 30, 2017. The one-week duration has a total of 60 hours of different classes and lessons to be discussed. On a daily basis, participants are required to attend the class from 8:30 to 1:00 for the morning session and from 1:45 to 6:00 pm for the afternoon session.
